Got logged out of mobile app, or can’t sign in

Once you sign in, the app will generally keep you logged in for several months. However, in situations where there is weak or no Internet signal, the app may log you out, which is the most common reason for automatic logouts.

Other possible reasons include:

1) If you’re using a VPN service (like NordVPN), be sure to disable that before using our site or mobile app. It can cause the connection to be blocked.

2) The same rule applies if your workplace Wi-Fi has firewalls set up — in these situations, your smartphone’s data plan could be your best bet, since the workplace may be blocking the connection to our systems.

3) If your phone is low on available storage, this may cause it to flush out your saved data on some apps, including the login credentials on the MyBodyTutor app.

4) iPhones usually disconnect from Wi-Fi when the screen locks or switches off. Upon reactivation, it can take a few moments to reconnect to the Wi-Fi. If you’re eager to get back on our app right after unlocking your phone, this could be the reason why you’re finding yourself logged out. In such situations, we’d suggest waiting a few seconds for your phone to connect to Wi-Fi before you launch our app.

In either case, to log in:

1) Please make sure your phone has a stable Internet connection. Check your Wi-Fi or mobile data signal strength for issues. You can also test it by loading some web pages in the phone’s web browser by using the Safari app on iPhone, or the Chrome app on Android. If everything is loading fast, then you should be good to go.

2) Use your email address and PIN in the MyBodyTutor app to sign back in.

If you don’t remember your PIN, you can find it in your welcome emails from Adam (adam@mybodytutor.com). You can also request a PIN reminder in the app.

If you’re still encountering issues, a fresh start might help. Try deleting and reinstalling our app to see if this resolves the problem. You can also use our website on your phone to access your daily report.
