I see the app has spots for 6 meals. What if I eat 11 meals and snacks?
Our daily report is our suggested format, but it’s meant to be flexible, so you can do whatever works best for you.
You may ignore/skip questions. You can combine separate meals into one spot. Anything creative that works for your needs is all good.
If you eat frequently and have several different meals/snacks throughout the day, you could keep adding onto existing meals. For example, all snacks could be put into the Meal #6 slot, and typed out like this:
11am: small pack of peanuts
2pm: cup of baby carrots
3pm: can of diet Coke
Some clients find taking photos of everything to be exhausting. That’s okay — your tutor doesn’t always need a photo of everything. It mostly helps to see portion sizes, so use images where and when they make sense for you.
